·       Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address, and we will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

·       We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

·       We ship to most locations across India, including metro cities, towns, and remote areas. However, there may be certain locations where delivery is unavailable due to logistical constraints. If you are in a restricted area, we will notify you immediately after the order is placed.

 

5. Order Tracking

·       Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

6. Delivery Issues

·       If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, our delivery partners will typically make one more attempt to deliver your package. After that, your order will be returned to us.

·        Once we receive the undelivered order, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

·       Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India at this time.

·       While we take all necessary precautions to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

·       If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
