Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process with free return pick-up for orders in India. Please read the following guidelines to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly.
1. Return & Exchange Window
· We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, unless specifically stated in the product listing as not eligible for return.
· Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with the tags attached.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
· Returnable Items: Only products purchased from our website are eligible for return or exchange.
· Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after use and in case specifically stated in the product listing as not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
· Step 1: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@crosskulture.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
· Step 2: Share your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. If it’s a return, we’ll need to know if the product is defective, damaged, or simply not what you expected.
· Step 3: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free return pick-up for you.
4. Return Process
· Once the return pick-up is scheduled, carefully pack your items in the original packaging with the tags attached. The return pick-up will be arranged by our logistics partner at no extra cost to you.
5. Refund Process
· Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
· If you used a discount code or a special offer during checkout, the refund will be processed based on the actual amount paid.
6. Exchanges
· If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, colour, please contact customer support at info@crosskulture.in. We will process the exchange based on stock availability within the same price range.
· If the item you requested for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
· If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect or damage.
· We will arrange a free return pick-up and issue either a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference and stock availability.
· In the case of a wrong item received, please notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a return pick-up at no cost to you.
